    Pool function

    We had a poolee field day today. My RS and 3 others competed. We had a pull-up comp., a crunches relay, ammo box lift, ammo box relay and tug-of -war. I competed in the ammo box lift and only got 85 but I was still sore as heck from PTing on Thurs. night. But we had one guy do 125. Anyways we won but that was only for our 3rd of the state. The whole state competes next month and thats 13 RS's.

    Anyways it was fun and we won which is the most important thing right.

    we had a poolee function today at the beach. Nice weather for the morning time. Got all our exercises and stretching done and a little bit of running. then it poured.

    Great scenery though on Fort Lauderdale beach this time of year...being spring break and all...
